Morning JVW! For me, I just think the gunmetal grey is still a problem for this cable car for this city - wouldn't it be richer if it had a lovely paint-job? I'm thinking something along the lines of...
and I can't help feeling too that some more conspicuous manufacturing elements would add more charm - panels, rivets, wooden frame windows - something more 'vintage' still in terms of its product design? It still feels 'unromantic' as an object in line with the city itself - cool, and hard-surfaced in a way everything else feels burnished and crafted and bespoke...
This is literally incredible. It almost feels like I'm actually there. The new cable car looks great as well!
